Bradyn's 1st Birthday Party!

Here's my birthday boy at his party yesterday! He had a great time and got lots of fun toys! He and Jaxon are playing with all the toys today and having a great time.

Here is the snowman cake I baked! I am obviously not a professional, but I was pleased with how it turned out!

Here is Bradyn last year--ohhh, I wish I could relive those moments! Good thing we don't live in the world of Star Trek, because I would spend all my free time in the holodeck reliving special memories with my babies!

Visiting Santa and doing crafts!

Parent's as teachers had Santa night this week, and the boys had a great time! They saw Santa, and made some fun crafts! They made reindeer food, christmas ornaments, and got to color in a rudolph coloring book that they took home!

Potty-training

Jaxon is wearing big-boy pants!! He is doing a pretty good job! He is very nervous about pooping in the potty, but is doing great! I was going to post a pic, but that will have to wait!

Shopping with Mom

Grocery shopping can be quite an experience. Jaxon loves to help with the shopping. His favorite activity is to get one of the stockers stools, and carry it around the store so he can help me. If he can't do that, he likes to push the cart. Shopping always takes a while, but it is a lot of fun!

Halloween Pictures

I don't have a scanner, but just had to share the latest pictures of the boys. I took pictures of the pictures on my phone, and then sent them, so the quality is not the best, but you can get the idea!

More matching clothing--I bribed Jaxon to get out of the bathtub by saying "you get to wear your pajamas that are just like Bradyn's". He was out in record time!

Family Fun

Our Trip to the Mall!

We went to the mall last week and the boys had a great time! Jaxon loved the fountain, and could have spent hours throwing pennies into the water. Next time, I will take a bag of pennies, and he will think I have given him the moon! They both loved the play area. Bradyn is quite the little climber and had no problem getting around in the play area!

Diaper Hats!

Some crazy woman showed Jaxon that he could wear a diaper as a hat, and now it is his favorite game. The only wrinkle in his plan is that the baby absolutely refuses to play along. Jaxon tries & tries, and Bradyn gets more and more irritated, but Bradyn always wins that battle!

Autumn Judith Blake

Meet the newest member of our family, Autumn Blake. I was just kidding about the Judith part to get a laugh out of my Mom. Autumn is a Great Dane and was born on August 14th, which makes her 6 weeks old. She weighs about 4 lbs and it is hard to believe that next year at this time she will weigh around 140 lbs! I have always wanted a big dog, and the kids need a dog that they can roughhouse with, and can handle all the energy they have!

A holodeck is a simulated reality facility located on starships and starbases in the fictional Star Trek universe. I want one! I love to watch my kids grow up, but I hate that I don't have the ability to recreate our memories. I want a holodeck! It sure would make it easier to watch the kids grow up!

Halloween is Coming!

Jaxon is excited for halloween. We decorated some pumpkins this morning and had a great time! He is very proud of the work he did! After posing for the picture on the couch, I placed it back on the table, and Jaxon pointed to this dirt on the couch and with a serious look on his face, said "Pumpkin Poop" Pumpkin poop everywhere". I about died laughing! He is TOO funny. Can you see why we call Bradyn "pork chop" and Jaxon "ham" ?
