Weekend in KC!

We Spent the Weekend in KC with my Dad, Melanie, Shaw and Chara! We had a great time. Jaxon was spoiled of course, and Brady & I got to go golfing. It was a fun weekend!

Cute--Despite the Outfit!

My baby is sooooo cute, he even looks good in Chief's apparel! I don't particularly like dressing him in this, but his Daddy likes it!

Growing,Growing!

I can't believe how fast Jaxon is growing! He is already wearing 3-6 month stuff!

Big Boy!

I need to be entertained these days, and Mom found out that I really like my exerSaucer! I don't sit very well, so I need extra support but i like to work my chubby little legs.

Almost Two Months Old

Jaxon is approaching two months old! It is amazing how much has changed during these last two months. He started so little and adorable, and now he is growing so fast! He is starting to talk, smile and really showing us who he is. It has been so exciting for me and I have loved every minute of it (well most of it)!

Two-Month Check-Up

Jaxon had his two month check-up today with Dr. Short. Dr. Short said everything looks good! He weighs 12lbs 2 oz and is 23 1/4 inches long. He is in the 50th percentile for height and weight. He has grown sooooo much! Next week won't be so much fun, cuz he gets his shots (yuk)! Will I make it without crying with him!

Ready To Go!

Mommy goes to work again tonight, and I get to go hang out with Tori, Taylor and Turner (Brady's cousin's girls) again for a little while. They are soooooooo kewl and give me lots of attention. Last night, I only got to stay for an hour, but Dad promised Shelly that I could stay a little bit longer tonight.

Daddy's Boy!

Daddy hasn't seen Jaxon wearing his K-State gear, but he will be SO proud! Thanks Gina, Jen and Jenny for the purple!

All Cuddled Up

We love the air conditioning in this heat wave, but Jaxon gets a little chilly! Thanks to Grandma Judy and the cuddle wrap she made, we can all be happy! If you look closely you will see that Jaxon is wearing an outfit already featured on the site. He does have a lot of clothes, but there is proof that he does wear his outfits more than once!

All American Baby!

Thank you Grandma for my patriotic outfit! It may say All American, but I am really All Mommy's for now. Mommy worked last night, and I decided not to sleep for Daddy. I stayed up almost all night so I could sleep with Mommy today. She said I don't need to do that anymore, but it worked for me.

New Outfit

My Mommy just loves The Gap! This is one of the new outfits she picked out with the giftcard from Melodee. Mommy thinks I am the cutest, and I kinda like the hat!

New PJ's

Look at my little man in his new PJ's. They are supposed to be 3-6 months, but they are running just a little small (some of Jaxon's 0-3 pajamas are still too big). I am glad I tried them on him tonight, cuz I think he looks totally adorable! He likes them too!

A Day with Friends

We spent Sunday with Jill, Whitney and Ella. Jaxon and Ella make a cute couple and Ella would make a good daughter-in-law, too! She is my God-daughter, so I am a little bit biased.

I just looked at my sleeping baby and he looked so cute, I had to take a picture and share it with everybody.

Sleeping through the Night

Jaxon has been consistently sleeping through the night for 4 nights now! He goes down for the night at about 11 and doesn't wake up til about 5. He didn't do this for his Daddy on the night I worked, but he has been doing this for me! It has been a shock for me, but now I am starting to enjoy it!

It's a Family Thing!

Tanner



I bought this outfit for Jada before she was born. I was so excited to have a niece or nephew and just loved spoiling her(picture of her in this to come). It was exciting to buy baby things for her. Then, Tanner wore the oufit and that was neat too. Jessica gave me some of the things that Jada and Tanner wore, and they are some of my favorite things for Jaxon. Having been worn by those special little people makes the outfits very special to me. I don't see them as hand-me-downs. To me they are little momentos of the first special babies in my life and it is an honor to put my "little man" in them!

Jaxon's Mommy

Look at the pictures of me! I was shocked last night when I realized that Jaxon looks a lot like my baby pictures. I was so excited and proud to see that he does look like me. Up until now, I didn't see any of me in him. What a neat feeling!

Jaxon's Motto

As you can see this shirt fits my little man perfectly! What a good little photography subject--he poses well! Thanx to the girls at the Corner Stop for the very appropriate shirt!

Tummy Time

Jaxon is getting stronger and is really starting to enjoy tummy time. He is able to lift his head higher and is content on his tummy for longer periods of time!

Happy Fourth of July

Jaxon wants to wish everybody a Happy Fourth of July! I had a hard time choosing a picture, cuz I thought they were all adorable!

Fussy & Tired

Jaxon was fussy & tired tonight and Daddy worked his magic. He danced with the "little man" and sang to him. It was pretty cute. Jaxon gazed into Brady's eyes and relaxed enough to be nursed to sleep. He is a little spoiled, but we love every minute with him!
